I sauteed the broccoli and sliced mushrooms with onions and garlic in a little olive oil. Topped off with a blend of Monterey Jack, Mozarella, Cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses, this quiche is paired perfectly with a green salad and a bunch of fresh grapes for a well-balanced meal.
